
We have been talking about the new South Carolina Real Estate Law for some time. Talking is just about done as the law takes effect on January 1, 2017. I hope that everyone is ready as there are many aspects of our practice that do change. If you have any doubts or questions, see your Broker-In-Charge. That is an important step as there are also several forms which will change.
