Carolinas Academy of Real Estate (CARE-SC) is a real estate school accredited by the state of South Carolina offering pre-licensing, post-licensing, and Broker courses as well as Continuing Education (CE) core and electives. Gwen C. Clary, Instructor – License #101
Gwen C. Clary grew up in the upstate of South Carolina. She graduated from Limestone College with a BA in Business Administration. For 30+ years, Gwen has been selling real estate in the upstate and has earned the designations of CRS, GRI and e-Pro. A big proponent of education, she has taught real estate Pre-License courses for Spartanburg Community College and for Carolinas Academy of Real Estate. She has also taught many hours as a volunteer for Spartanburg Association of Realtors. She loves teaching and seeing people learn and advance.
A wife, mother, grandmother, friend and active member of her Church, she is always ready to help.
Bill Still, ABR, CRS, Instructor – License # 221
Bill is a licensed instructor for the state of South Carolina and has taught thousands of agents since the mid’s 1990’s. Pre-license, Post-license and CE core and electives are among his specialties. He also brings with him 25 years of real estate experience and over 15 years as Broker-in-Charge and holds the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Offices he has held include: President of the Spartanburg MLS and Spartanburg Association of REALTORS as well as President of the statewide Palmetto Real Estate Educators Association.
W. David Poole, Jr., Instructor
David is an award-winning career professional with more than 25 years of real estate experience. As Broker-In-Charge, he has served in leadership roles with several brokerages in both North and South Carolina. Offices he has held include: President of the Spartanburg MLS, President of the Piedmont Association of Realtors and Vice President Region 6 for the South Carolina Association of Realtors. For 20 years he has taught South Carolina and North Carolina contracts and associated forms to agents within the companies he has worked. David resides in Spartanburg with his wife and has two daughters and two granddaughters.
